Weekly Build - 2015-10-19

A new weekly build has been released (one day late, sorry!). Here's a quick list of changes:
- Compatibility fixes (Wangan Midnight and probably others). - [Android] Improved initial database import time. - [Android] Built using android-23 target. - [Windows] Fixed game icons that would crash the emulator when using the memory card manager (ex.: GTA: San Andreas).
